Dark wooden plaque with gold etched plate. Plate is attached with floral screws at the top right and left corners. Holding the bottom of the plate to the plaque is a relief of an eagle with laruel branches surrounding it. Etched on the plate: Mamie Francis Hafley, Inducted 1981, National Cowgirl, Hall of Fame and Western Heritage Center, Hereford, Texas. Stamped in black ink on the back: P63.
